Six years in the making, Arli-Dazzle has grown to be known as “Probably the Largest Lighted Christmas Parade in Minnesota” and this year the Arlington Area Chamber of Commerce plans to keep that title on Saturday, Dec. 6.
A daylong event, Arli-Dazzle begins with a morning tradition of Santa Day, where area children share conversations with Santa and Mrs. Claus while partaking in many activities like crafts and a light breakfast. Main Street bustles with activities including the Arlington Fire Department's annual Black Top Fishing Derby. Old fashioned horse and wagon rides while the Schell’s Hobo Christmas Quartet and Sibley East Carolers fill the air with sounds of Christmas. Bethlehem Express returns once again and reminds everyone of the true meaning of Christmas. This year folks will enjoy interacting with a real live dog sled team and will be awed by performances from The Amazing Hoopsters.
