The Arlington Mobile Home Park intends to close and cease operation as a manufactured housing park effective Sept. 1, 2016.

The law firm Messerli & Kramer, Minneapolis, provided a closure statement and notified the Arlington City Council about the news through a letter of correspondence on Monday night, Nov. 16.

According to information from the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General, a park owner must follow certain steps before closing a park.
