Erick Kaardal, who represents rural Gaylord resident Nathan Kranz, submitted a petition for review to the Clerk of Court at the Minnesota Supreme Court on Wednesday, April 8.

The petition, which was submitted one day before the Thursday, April 9 deadline, is in connection with the Nathan Kranz versus Sibley East Public Schools lawsuit.

Sibley East has 20 days to respond, according to Superintendent Jim Amsden. Sibley East, however, is expected to submit a response this week.
