The Sibley East American Legion baseball team was blanked by Montgomery-Lonsdale 2-0 during the Third District American Legion Baseball Tournament at Lonsdale on Saturday, July 25. The loss eliminated Sibley East from the tournament.

Sibley East stranded 11 base runners, nine in scoring position, and committed four errors in the loss.

Austin Brockhoff led Sibley East’s five-hit attack with two singles. Travis Schmidt, Nick Doetkott and Collin Pautsch added one single each.
