The Nathan Kranz versus Sibley East Public Schools lawsuit is over. The Minnesota Supreme Court, on Tuesday, May 19, denied the petition of Kranz for further review.

“Based upon all the files, records, and proceedings herein, it is hereby ordered that the petition of Nathan Kranz for further review be, and the same is, denied and that the petition of Sibley East Public Schools, Independent School District No. 2310, for conditional cross-review be, and the same is, denied,” Lorie S. Gildea, Chief Justice, wrote in the order.
