The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Monday night, June 20, voted 4-0 and adopted a resolution to rescind a previous resolution and authorize the purchase of approximately 14.64 acres of real property for $200,000 from the Seneca Food Corporation.

The City of Arlington owns 22.18 acres designated for an industrial park which abuts Highway 5 and the Prairie Line railroad and has exhausted all options in order to gain access to the land locked parcel.
