The Minnesota Valley Lutheran varsity boys basketball team defeated Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s 72-55 during the opening round of the district playoffs on Tuesday night, Feb. 24.

Senior post player Seth Kroells, Arlington, is a member of the MVL squad. He is the son of Keith  and Peggy Kroells, Arlington.
