The Sibley East varsity boys track team placed fourth during a four-team meet at Belle Plaine on Tuesday afternoon, April 8.

Sibley East was originally scheduled to host the meet, but the field event areas in Arlington were not ready for competition due to standing snow.

Belle Plaine took top honors with 150.5 team points while Le Sueur-Henderson placed second with 57 team points. Jordan placed third with 41 team points while Sibley East finished fourth with 20.5 team points.

The Sibley East 4 X 800 meter relay team captured top honors.

Erik Danielson placed second in the 200 meter dash and finished fourth in the 100 meter dash.

Cole Bruch placed fifth in the 400 meter dash.

The Sibley East 4 X 100 meter relay team and the 4 X 400 meter relay team placed fourth.
