The Arlington and Green Isle Lions Clubs have received a Standard Grant which they were awarded from the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) for the renovation of the Senior Citizens Building at Four Seasons Park in Arlington.

The Lions Clubs applied for this grant last May. The amount that they will receive from the Lions Club International Foundation is $35,000. It is a matching grant which means the two Lions Clubs will need to contribute $35,000 toward this endeavor.

The total amount for the bid was awarded to Travis Tuchtenhagen Construction in the amount of $89,612.  The Arlington City Council has also set aside $24,000 for the renovation project.
