City Council votes to increase rent at Senior Citizens Building

The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Monday night, May 15, unanimously approved a motion to increase the rent at the Senior Citizens Building from $75 to $125.


The rental increase will go into effect with all new bookings. People who already have bookings will be grandfathered in, according to City Administrator Liza Donabauer. She added that this is the first rental increase at the Senior Citizens Building in at least 15 years.


The cleaning/damage deposit will remain at $250.
