The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Tuesday night, Jan. 16, voted 3-1 and approved a motion to authorize Arlington Economic Development Authority (EDA) Director Amy Newsom to write a grant application to Compeer Financial for funding to complete the City of Arlington Housing Study.

City Council members Tom Hatlestad, Jim Heiland and James Jaszewski all voted in support of the motion.

City Council member Adam Cowell voted against the motion.
