The Sibley East varsity boys basketball team captured two victories in action last week.
The Wolverines, 3-1 in the Minnesota River Conference action and 9-4 overall, will travel to Jordan in conference play at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18. Sibley East will host Belle Plaine at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23.

Le Sueur-Henderson 48
The visiting Sibley East varsity boys basketball team toppled Le Sueur-Henderson 73-48 in Minnesota River Conference action on Tuesday night, Jan. 9.
Senior Austin Weckwerth poured in 24 points. Senior Gavin Bates and sophomore Lucas Dose also hit double figures with 19 and 12 points respectively. Senior Alex Sell hooped eight points while junior Jens Lundstrom added five points.
