A surprise school bus inspection conducted by the Minnesota State Patrol did not bode well for the Sibley East Public Schools on Wednesday, May 16, according to Superintendent Jim Amsden.

He reported that four of the 11 school buses did not pass the inspection.

“Three of those four are our buses,” said Amsden. The fourth bus is a loaner bus we received from Hoglund Bus Company while we were having repairs done on one of ours at their shop.”
