John F. Weber, who graduated from the Arlington-Green Isle High School in 1976, will promote his new book during a tour in the area over the next several days. The book, “What Would Grandpa Say? Stories Like None Other From the Minnesota River Valley,” took 16 years to write. “I got the idea in 2002,” said Weber, who was born and raised on a farm in Jessenland Township, Sibley County, in the Lower Minnesota River Valley.
