Amsden receives very good performance review

The Sibley East School Board, during its regular monthly meeting in Arlington  on Monday, Sept. 17, reviewed a summary of the closed session annual performance review for Superintendent Jim Amsden.


Amsden received scores of meets expectations on provides leadership for the district’s education programs, staff development programs, and curriculum development to provide the best learning environment; establishes and maintains good relationships with agencies and personnel outside of the district in order to promote the best interest of the district through contact with legislators and superintendents and local government leaders; maintains and improves effective board superintendent relations by periodically reviewing  and upgrading performance through joint seminars and training sessions.
