The Sibley East School Board, at its regular meeting in Arlington on Tuesday, Feb. 19, approved a resolution for a partial release of the like-kind exchange and option on the school owned property in Gaylord between the City of Gaylord and Sibley East.  According to attorney Michael C. Karp of the law firm Blethen, Gage & Krause, PLLP; an issue has arisen that the Minnesota Medical University, LLC and the Danza Group need to clear the agreement from Torrens real estate record as it relates to the former Sibley East School site.  The agreement will remain in effect for the other properties in the agreement.
