The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Monday night, May 7, unanimously approved a motion to hire James Noxon as a full-time police officer for the Arlington Police Department.

City Council members Michelle Battcher, Adam Cowell, Tom Hatlestad, Jim Heiland and James Jaszewski all voted in favor of the motion.

Noxon will begin his official duties on Monday, May 14. He will be paid $20 per hour.
