An informational meeting on a community solar and lighting upgrade for Green Isle will be held in the gymnasium at the Green Isle Community School from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8.

Nokomis Partners invites Green Isle residents to learn about and discuss a proposed community solar garden project at the southern edge of the city limits as well as a lighting upgrade project for the Green Isle Community School. Information will be provided regarding both projects and refreshments will be served. Both projects are meant to improve the energy infrastructure in the city and provide savings to the community members.
