Darin D. Schultz, age 43, of Arlington, passed away at his residence on Friday, Oct. 5.
Funeral services were held at Peace Lutheran Church in Arlington at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9.
Visitation was held at the Kolden Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8. It continued one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
Interment was in the Arlington Public Cemetery.
Darin Dennis Schultz was born to Dennis and Pamela (Alsleben) Schultz in Arlington on July 23, 1975 . He was a 1994 graduate of the Sibley East Senior High School and farmed and ran his own trucking business as Darin Schultz Trucking. Darin collected Moline tractors, enjoyed farming and attending tractor shows. He especially enjoyed spending time with his niece and nephew.
Darin is survived by his special friend, Jodi Hefner, and her children, CJ, Brady (Mandy) and Savannah Hefner; and Jodi’s grandchildren, Kasen and Autumn; Darin’s siblings, Stacy (Warren) Schneider and Corey (Lyndsey) Schultz and their children, Brooklyn and Tate; as well as uncles; aunt; and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dennis and Pamela Schultz.
