The Green Isle Irish baseball team split two games and was eliminated during the third and final weekend of the Minnesota State Class C Amateur Baseball Tournament.

St. Peter 3
The Green Isle Irish baseball team, despite six errors, defeated St. Peter 10-3 during the Minnesota State Class C Amateur Baseball Tournament at Norwood on Saturday night, Sept. 2.
After a scoreless first inning, the Irish took advantage of a St. Peter error and hit by pitch and scored two runs on a double by Josh Kraby in the bottom of the second frame.
