The Green Isle City Council, during its recent regular meeting, voted 4-0 and adopted a series of four resolutions to essentially establish a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District in the Green Isle Industrial Park.

The City Council made the moves after a public hearing. There were no residents in attendance for the public hearing.

The TIF district is being established to facilitate the construction of a cold storage distribution building for Bartels Trucking in the Green Isle Industrial Park.
