Isaiah Antaeus Adams, 4, Hibbing

Isaiah A. Adams, age 4, lifelong resident of Hibbing died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, at the Hennepin County Medical Center as a result of injuries sustained in a house fire in Hibbing.
A Celebration of Life Service was held at The Open Door Church in Hibbing at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6.
Visitation was held at the church from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6.
Isaiah was born to Samuel and Abby (Gillitzer) Adams in Duluth on Aug. 10, 2013. He enjoyed puzzles, singing and dancing, time with his family, playing at playgrounds, playing with the family dogs Zoey and Laney, I-pads, cars, and being outdoors.
Isaiah is survived by his parents, Sam and Abby; siblings, Chaym and Zaraely; grandmother, Gail Adams; great-grandmother, Doris Gillitzer: uncles and aunts, Todd (Kristen) Gillitzer of Hibbing, Terry (Dawn) Gillitzer of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.,  Shelly (Scott) Hanson of Hibbing, Flynn Adams of Hibbing, April (Mark) Waldhoff of Iron, Mike Nowak of Hibbing, Debra (Robert) Schoop, Carolyn (Edward) Pogorelce, and Rusty (Diane) Schmaltz; cousins: Jonathan, Eli, Behryn, Raidyn, Madison, Boston, Brooklynn, Jersey, Taylor, Tanner, Mathew (Chanel), Rick (Amanda), and Leslie (Darren); and numerous extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Steven and Patricia Gillitzer; paternal grandfather, Russell Schmaltz; and cousins, Todd Gillitzer, Jr., and Travis Nowak.
