Marvin Pautsch, age 60, of Glencoe, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, March 21.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Kolden Funeral Home in Arlington from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14.
A graveside service will follow at the Arlington Public Cemetery and conclude with a reception at the Lions Center at Four Seasons Park in Arlington.
Marvin James Pautsch was born to Fred and Frieda (Otto) Pautsch in Gaylord on May 24, 1957. He was baptized at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gaylord and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Arlington. Marvin graduated from the Arlington-Green Isle High School and continued his education in the IT field in which he pursued a position as a senior product support/engineer. Marvin moved from Minnesota to California, then to Washington and to Texas and back to Minnesota in 2012 when he purchased the Cenex Convenience Store in Arlington and continued to operate it until his sudden death. Marvin loved fishing, photography and was always very dedicated to his work.
Marvin is survived by his siblings, Bob (Judy) Pautsch of Arlington, Vern Pautsch of Grasston, and Jan (Dale) Wark of Arlington; nieces and nephews, Chuck (Dana), Becky (John), Dave (Angie), Gary (Cindy), Mary (Brian), Dustin, Amanda (Mathew), Kris (Jamie), Chad (Renee), Karl (Sara), Kim (Caleb), Julie (Brett) and Bill (Wendy); many great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including his Arlington Cenex employees.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Frieda; brothers, Gary and Duane;  sisters-in-law, Marcia Pautsch, Joanne Pautsch, Phyllis Pautsch and Irene Meisinger.
