SE boys and girls track teams compete in quad at Belle Plaine

The Sibley East varsity boys and girls track team competed in a quadrangular meet at Belle Plaine on Thursday afternoon, April 9.
Sibley East will travel to Belle Plaine for a meeting on Tuesday afternoon, April 23.

Boys Team
The Wolverines placed third during the quadraguler meet.
Belle Plaine captured top honors with 77 team points while Mayer Lutheran followed in second place with 71 team points. Sibley East and Tri-City United tied for third place honors with 54 team points each.
First place winners for the Wolverines included Travis Andrews (1600 meter run), Jackson Burdorf (discus), Sibley East 4 X 400 meter relay team (Travis Andrews, Jordan Latzke, Jose Nevarez and Jens Lundstrom) and Sibley East 4 X 800 meter relay team (Jens Lundstrom, Micah Scherer, Jose Nevarez and Travis Andrews).

Girls Team
The Lady Wolverines placed second during the quadraguler meet.
Belle Plaine took top honors with 157 team points. Sibley East placed second with 48 team points. Tri-City United finished third with 36 team points while Mayer Lutheran placed fourth with 28 team points.
First place winners for the Lady Wolverines consisted of Audrey Parrott (300 intermediate hurdles) and Sibley East 4 X 800 meter relay team (Isabelle Ballalatak, Kaitlyn Scherer, Addie Williams and Audrey Parrott).
