The visiting Sibley East varsity girls volleyball team was swept by Norwood Young America 3-0 in the opening round of the Section 2AA North Sub-Section Volleyball Tournament on Thursday night, Oct. 25.

The Lady Wolverines lost the three games 25-21, 25-21 and 25-17 respectively.

Senior Rachel Rettmann, who recently surpassed 1,000 career kills, compiled 15 kills and set a single season record with a total of 435 kills. Rettmann also had three digs and two blocks.
