The Sibley County Board, during its meeting in Gaylord on Tuesday morning, Jan. 8, voted to approve two out of the three budget directives that were previously proposed by County Commissioner Bobbie Harder.

Harder requested that:  
1. No new hires unless already placed in the 2019 approved budget.

2. Interpreter position in Public Health and Human Services to remain part-time.

3. In the event any grant funds end, expire or are lost in 2019, those programs and staff funded by said grants would be eliminated.
