The recent snow and cold weather has once again raised havoc with Sibley East sports this spring.
Other than two indoor track meets, all of the athletic events have been either postponed or cancelled.
Sibley East Athletic Director Randy Walsh was meeting with other conference athletic directors on Wednesday, April 11.

“We will be looking at adjusting our conference schedules for baseball and softball,” Walsh said on Wednesday morning, April 11. “The Minnesota State High School League is allowing double headers to be three, six or seven inning games. We also will be able to use one umpire if there is a shortage. We are working hard to get as many events rescheduled with keeping in mind the health and safety of our student athletes.”
