Notice is hereby given of a hearing regarding an amendment which would add term limits to the Board of Adjustments in the 2001 Jessenland Township Ordinances. This hearing is to be held by the Jessenland Township Planning and Zoning Commission, Sibley County, Minnesota. The hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Jessenland Township Hall.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s will dated April 21, 2003 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Rita Melsha, whose address is:
24021 411th Avenue, Arlington, MN 55307
as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of filing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against said estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

The Petition also requests the probate of an instrument purporting to be the Decedent’s Last Will dated February 2, 2011 and separate writing(s) under. Minn. Stat. 524.2-513 (“Will”).
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections or claims are filed, the court may issue a decree distributing or assigning the estate’s assets,
It is ordered and notice is hereby given that the Petition will be heard at 10:45 A.M., on January 30, 2012, by this Court at Gaylord, Minnesota.

The Jessenland Township Planning and Zoning Commission meets the third Monday of each month at 7p.m. in the Jessenland Town Hall located on Sibley County Highway 6. If the third Monday of the month falls on a national holiday then the alternate meeting date of the fourth Monday of the month will be used.

OF ORDINANCE 268
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRUCK PARKING ON HIGHWAY 5 WITHIN THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, MINNESOTA
“On January 3, 2012, the City Council of the City of Arlington approved Ordinance 268 entitled ‘An ordinance regulating truck parking on Highway 5 within the City of Arlington, Minnesota’. The Ordinance in its entirety is available for review and/or photocopying during regular office hours at the City of Arlington, 204 Shamrock Drive, Arlington, Minnesota 55307. The purpose of the ordinance is to limit truck parking on Highway 5 to no more than one (1) hour, except for the purposes of loading or unloading where access to the premises is not otherwise available.”
This ordinance shall become effective after summary publication.
