The Green Isle City Council, during its recent regular meeting, voted 4-0 and adopted a resolution to approve the final 2019 tax levy collectible in 2020.

The 2019 tax levy for collection in 2020 will increase from $588,163 to $606,714. This reflects a 3.15 percent increase over last year.

Mayor Joe Kreger and City Council members Diane Brown, Shane Sheets and Mark Wentzlaff all voted in favor of the resolution. City Council member Shawn Harms was not present at the meeting.
