The Sibley East varsity girls basketball team dropped a pair of games in Minnesota River Conference action last week.
The Lady Wolverines, 0-2 in the MRC and 1-3 overall, will host Tri-City United in conference play at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12. Sibley East will travel to Glencoe-Silver Lake in non-conference action at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14. In addition, the Lady Wolverines will travel to Le Sueur-Henderson in MRC play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17.

The visting Sibley East varsity girls basketball team fell to Jordan 65-41 in Minnesota River Conference action on Tuesday night, Dec. 3.
Junior Jaden Kmetz and senior McKenzie Latzke topped the Lady Wolverines with 11 and 10 points respectively. Senior Lexy Stock and junior Audrey Parrott hooped eight  points each while junior Maddi Tuchtenhagen scored two points. Senior Bianca Mendez and junior Ellie Harens added one point apiece.
