The Board of Directors for the Central States Language Teachers recently presented Tracey Kloeckl-Jiménez, left, with the Goethe Institute Scholarship at its annual conference in Minneapolis. This award, which allows Tracey to study in Germany and live with a German family, was in recognition of her professional commitment and significant involvement in the teaching of world languages.

The “A” basketball team at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Arlington recently finished its season with an 18-3 record overall. The team placed first at the Hutchinson Tournament and second at the Martin Luther College Tournament.
