Sibley County Administrator Roxy Traxler updated the  County Board on the progress of the construction project  during a regular meeting on Tuesday morning, March 13.

Traxler stated that the basement is expected to be finished by April 13.  After the basement is complete, it will take about one week for the temporary furniture to be moved into the basement before offices will be moved down.  The Auditor/Treasurer office and County Administration will be moving into the basement around April 23.  This will include the License Center.  Traxler said the state has to come out to hook up the equipment for the License Center so she expects the Center to be down for a period of time.  The Assessor’s Office will move into the current County Administration office and Court Administration will move from the annex to jury room three.
