The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Monday night, Sept. 17, unanimously adopted a series of resolutions to make way for Ninkasi Hops, Inc. to come to the community.

The first resolution amended the 2014 Arlington Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map pertaining to property at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Highway 5 and County Road 9 known as the hotel property.

The second resolution amended the Official Zoning Map to basically rezone this piece of property from Business I to Industrial I.
