The Arlington City Council, during its regular meeting on Monday night, Feb. 4, unanimously approved a motion to approve the sale of the former Technical Services for Electronics (TSE) building and bring two new businesses to the community. The City Council also authorized City Attorney Ross Arneson to draw up the purchase agreement.

City Council members Michelle Battcher, Adam Cowell, Tom Hatlestad, Jim Heiland and James Jaszewski all voted in support of the motion.

The City Council made the move after a unanimous recommendation from the Arlington Economic Development Authority (EDA).
The building will be sold to S & F Enterprises, LLP, for $10,000. There will be more than five full-time employees based out of the location as required in the Commercial Lots and Buildings Policy for that price. S & F Enterprises, LLP, will cover the closing costs.
S & F Enterprises, LLP, is comprised of soon-to-be married couples Lindsey Thomes and Jacob Sjostrom, and Austin Frauendienst and Kelly Beneke.
