The Sibley County Board, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 26, directed Sibley County Administrator Roxy Traxler to prepare a resolution making the County Attorney’s office full-time.

Traxler prepared a follow-up report to the County Board’s August Work Session for Tuesday’s meeting. The report outlined three possible options for the location of the County Attorney’s office.

First Option
The first option was to move the county attorney to the Courthouse, keeping his hours at .80 full-time equivalent (FTE) while retaining his private practice in Winthrop.
