The Sibley East varsity girls basketball team recorded two wins last week.
The Lady Wolverines, 2-2 in the Minnesota River Conference and 5-6 overall, will travel to Jordan in conference action at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11. Sibley East will host Belle Plaine in MRC play at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16.

North St. Paul 53
The visiting Sibley East varsity girls basketball team jumped out to an early lead and defeated North St. Paul 66-53 in non-conference action on Tuesday night, Jan. 2.

Senior Taylor Brinkman paced a balanced scoring attack with 17 points. Senior Morgan Stearns and junior Rachel Rettmann also hit double figures with 16 and 14 points respectively. Freshman Audrey Parrott hooped five points while sophomores McKenzie Latzke, Lexy Stock and Lily Beneke scored four points each. Senior Ali Stock and freshman Jaden Kmetz added one point each.
