The visiting Sibley East varsity girls tennis team lost to Le Sueur-Henderson 6-0 during the opening round of the Section 2A Girls Tennis Team Tournament on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 4. One match was not finished due to rain.

Sibley East will now compete in the Section 2A Girls Tennis Individual Tournament at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter on Thursday, Oct. 11.

Emily Tuchtenhagen will play number one singles while Brianna Kranz will play number two singles.
