A beautiful young lady with the gentlest spirit you could imagine, Taylor Bliss, 21, LaMoure, N.D., left us suddenly on Sunday April 8,  and has now joined her Grandma Val (and other family members) in heaven.
A Memorial Service is scheduled at the Chapel of Trinity Bible College, 50 Sixth Avenue South, Ellendale, N.D., for 1 p.m. Monday, April 16. A reception will follow on campus. Please send cards and memorials to Corey & Crystal Bliss, P.O. Box 372, LaMoure, N.D., 58458.
Taylor was born to Crystal and Corey (Weimer) Bliss in Fargo, N.D., on July 26, 1996. She is the first great granddaughter of Lorraine Bliss of Arlington and granddaughter of Bob Bliss of Chaska. Taylor was a senior at Trinity Bible College (TBC) in Ellendale, N.D., pursuing two majors in Business and Biblical Studies. Taylor loved missions work and has traveled to many other countries including Peru (twice), Dominican Republic, Cuba and Puerto Rico. With these trips, she recently was seriously considering changing to a Teaching Degree with the intention of doing elementary education in other countries. She was a very loving and caring soul and always put others ahead of herself. She was a friend to all and no one would have an ill word to say about her. She had an infectious smile that lit up the room, always followed by her contagious, infectious laugh. She also loved children, always found herself surrounded by them and had a patience and care that was virtuous. Graduating from LaMoure, N.D. High School Class of 2014 and earning a number of scholarships, she chose to attend TBC (with a number of her closest friends). While there, she excelled in academics and at volleyball, earning “Offensive MVP” and fell in love with hitting the gym, earning her “Female Lifter of the Year.” She worked with her grandfather, father and aunt at WE Fest in Detroit Lakes for several years...helping in Corporate and Ticket Offices, working with Artist Relations, and overseeing Credentials. Taylor always approached people with a smile and calming attitude.
She is survived by her loving parents Corey and Crystal Bliss (LaMoure, ND), her close-knit siblings Tyler Bliss (Grand Forks, ND), Liv and Max (both of LaMoure, ND), and so many more family members and friends too numerous to list.
