The Honorable Kevin W. Eide, Judge of the District Court, listened to oral argument in the matters between the Sibley East Public Schools and rural Gaylord resident Nathan Kranz on Monday morning, Nov. 16.

Judge Eide took the matters under advisement and promised a prompt ruling as in the past.
